These short mobility flows are designed to reduce stiffness, improve movement quality, and support your training. Each session takes under 15 minutes and can be used daily, on rest days, or as part of your warm up or cool down. You can use these mobility flows daily. On training days, use one flow as part of your warm up or cool down. On non training days, use one flow as a short movement session. One flow per day is enough. More is not better. Consistency matters more than doing everything. Coaching note: Move slowly and with control, breathe through tight areas, and stop before strain. Quality matters more than range.

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
