I spent a lot of time developing this because it reflects exactly how I train.
While I also train in the gym, a large part of my own training is done at home using dumbbells, focusing on strength, athletic movement, rotation, plyometrics and core control rather than just lifting weights in straight lines.
This program combines those elements into a structured, progressive plan that builds strength, glutes, balance and coordination while helping you move well and feel capable.
It is not random workouts or HIIT. Every session is purposeful, joint smart and designed to improve how your body functions as a whole.
