A Dumbbell only program suited for home or gym training. Dumbbell Athletic Strength is my signature program. I spent a lot of time developing this because it reflects exactly how I train. While I also train in the gym, a large part of my own training is done at home using dumbbells, focusing on strength, athletic movement, rotation, plyometrics and core control rather than just lifting weights in straight lines. This program combines those elements into a structured, progressive plan that builds strength, glutes, balance and coordination while helping you move well and feel capable. It is not random workouts or HIIT. Every session is purposeful, joint smart and designed to improve how your body functions as a whole. If you want to train the way I train and follow the same principles I coach with, this program is for you!

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
